No.1 Church St

No.1 Church St is an off-the-plan property project and locates at 1 church St, Dubbo, NSW.

The developer took the challenge and pioneered themselves to offer a high-end property for the Dubbo community, and their background is not in the property development industry and the local residents get used to buying an existing home which gives them a strong sense of touch and feel, rather than an off-plan project.

The developer failed twice to launch this project before they reached us. We needed to do proper brand work and deeper market research to gain the marketplace’s trust.

Solution

Skyfield’s team member drove 5 hours to the site and stayed there for a week to experience the local lifestyle, including food, events, weekend markets, culture, and community events. With a deep understanding, it was apparent that the local community needs an iconic living with the concept of the ultimate blend of the city of country life. The brand creativity started from maximum simplicity with a sense of elegance to a detailed explanation of each part of the building, which demonstrated how nature flows inside of the building and allows the country-style life to continue in a modern building.

A 5-week meaningful teaser campaign commenced with the word “Aspire” and grew into “Aspire to live”, then “Aspire to live in No.1… ”, finally revealing the project itself. The curiosity made everyone who saw the advertisement follow in our footsteps and wait for the following updates. Most of the target audiences in the town talked about what it would be like in the first few weeks of the teaser campaign.

Construction

The team at Amberstone Group started their business in 2019 by building a project home for land and house development. They soon grew in size and began investing in more extensive and ambitious developments. However, they soon realised that they needed to establish a brand to grow and quickly find their niche in the market.

With this in mind, the team conducted a productive workshop to help them establish their brand. During the workshop, they realised that their goals were much larger than what they were currently able to deliver. This was a critical realization, and it helped them to understand the challenges that lay ahead and what they needed to do to achieve their goals.

The team identified several key areas where they needed to focus to achieve their goals. First, they needed to invest in the right technology to improve their operations and deliver more substantial and ambitious projects. Second, they needed to improve their marketing efforts to establish their brand and attract more customers. Finally, they needed to focus on building a strong team with the right expertise to help them achieve their goals.

To achieve these objectives, the team put together a comprehensive plan that included timelines and budgets. They also developed a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track their progress and measure their success.

Solution

It is not a good idea to nail down a company’s niche too quickly without self-realisation and market penetration. The solution was to keep three divisions – development, home building, and investment – for another two years while proactively reaching the market and closely monitoring their products and market reorganisation.

In August of 2022, Amberstone Group realised they were skilled at building customised boutique homes for high-end market home occupiers. They also realised that the current website structure no longer served their refined vision. Skyfield Co. team again refined the website structure and message according to the company’s growth.

The new website will be released very soon, beginning in 2023.

Sunshine Gardens

Sunshine Gardens was an exclusive resort chain in natural suburbs yet conveniently located to all major amenities in both Brisbane and NSW.

Sunshine Gardens embarked on the fourth resort at the tableland, Atherton, where 80 kilometres to the southwest of Cairns.

The team were expected to get the project brand done in a short period. Teamwork started with researching the local area to craft the project personalities before the brand identity was crafted, and the owner’s unique business vision moved the team to do the job beyond the expectation who agreed that it will be more beneficial and practical for more Australian domestic travellers than other resort offers. It needs the better brand awareness and strong brand consistency across current and future resorts which is super critical to the business growth to the next level.

Solution for Sunshine Gardens

Three existing resorts are two Queensland’s resorts, Cairns one and the lakes, and one NSW’s resort, the Bourke Resort, which were rebranded under one brand umbrella, Sunshine Gardens. The branded house principle works perfected for a family-owned business which could save tremendous effort to market one brand rather than three brand.

More importantly, the new project, Atherton resort, has hotel rooms and 76 homes. The 76 homes need to be sold as off-plan houses and land packages to investors from all over Australia. The new way ensures Atherton projects to borrow massive power from three existing resorts, which demonstrates the business history and gains the vast trust of investors for future security.

Double Space

An Australian real estate development and investment group.

Double Space’s long-term vision is to establish itself as an investment business in the property industry. However, their first project was an immediate request to release a newly renovated warehouse as a professional workspace. In order to achieve this, the look and feel of the brand needed to represent a working space while remaining extendable for future property development projects.

When Double Space initially launched, the business name did not include any property-related elements. As a result, the challenge was to add these elements without introducing too many new elements to the brand. The previous design agency failed to accomplish this task before we took over, which means that our success would turn an unhappy customer into a happy one.

In order to overcome this challenge, we conducted extensive research and analysis to find a solution that would work. After several brainstorming sessions and consultations with the Double Space team, we were able to incorporate the necessary property-related elements into the brand without compromising its simplicity and clarity.

By doing so, we not only met the immediate needs of the first project but also set the foundation for future growth and development. Double Space now has a brand that can represent both its current and future business ventures in the property industry.

Double Space: Work by Skyfield Co

Solution

In the real estate industry, simplicity is vital, and location is one of the most crucial factors. Meanwhile, Double Space acknowledges this and has made location the most unique design element at the center of their brand’s initial letter D.

This design choice signifies Double Space’s dedication to optimising each project based on its geographical location, considering each area’s unique features. By doing so, they ensure that their developments blend seamlessly into their surroundings.

Real Estate

SYI has experienced significant growth over time. It started as a one-man operation, but it has since evolved into a team-structured business. As part of this growth, a new office will be opened soon.

However, the original brand’s look and feel no longer supports the company’s current stage of growth. To overcome this challenge, the company needs an updated and strong brand image. This new image will be critical in helping SYI to meet the demands of the new stage of growth.

One of the primary challenges that SYI will face is attracting new team members. With a strong brand image, SYI can better communicate its values and mission to potential hires, which can help to attract more talent.

Another challenge that SYI will face is gaining more high-end property projects from developers. With a strong brand image, the company can demonstrate its expertise and credibility in the industry, which can make it more attractive to developers.

Finally, SYI needs to enhance its market authority to sell more properties. By developing a strong brand image, the company can improve its reputation in the market, which can help to drive more sales.

SYI Real Estate: Work by Skyfield Co

Solution

A brand new brand style guide has been created. This guide includes important elements such as the logo, color scheme, and typography. In addition to these visual components, the brand style guide also features key brand messages, the brand story, and explanations of the services offered.

This new brand identity is applied to every aspect of the company. From the inside of the office to the open house, customers can expect a consistent and systematic brand experience. By implementing this guide, the company aims to create a stronger connection with customers and ensure that everyone understands what the brand represents.

To further support the brand, a set of sales tools has been developed. These tools focus on key touch points and help to demonstrate the meaning behind the slogan “strive for excellence.” The tools also help to enhance the customer experience and provide a better understanding of the brand’s values and mission.

Overall, the brand style guide and sales tools are important components of the company’s branding strategy. They help to create a cohesive and consistent image, which can lead to increased customer loyalty and brand recognition.
