Home Sweet Home

Home Sweet Home is a certified NDIS service provider that primarily serves disabled individuals. However, when the owner planned to do some marketing activities before establishing the brand, she encountered a significant issue – she struggled to find a place to start.

The  designer provided her with a dozen design options, but unfortunately, she did not like any of them. She found herself repeating her wants and needs from one option to another. The owner believed that it would be impossible to grow her business under these circumstances.

Solution

She had a strong belief that individuals should live their best life, regardless of their personal physical, mental, and social situations. Additionally, she felt that she had a lot to offer to society, especially individuals who required personalized support. However, she struggled to find a starting point for marketing activities before establishing the brand.

The designer presented her with a dozen design options, but unfortunately, she did not fall in love with any of them. Most of the time, she had to repeat her wants and needs to the designer, which made her believe that it was impossible to grow her business under these circumstances.

However, after taking the time to understand her mission and passion, we created a brand identity with a compelling brand message, which we quickly implemented onto the first version of the website. Equipped with a well-designed brand guideline, she could refer to it whenever she needed. She was amazed that all she did was express her passion and wishes in three conversations, and the Skyfield Co team turned those words into a well-designed brand asset, a live website, and a representable business image in just two months.
