The developer took the challenge and pioneered themselves to offer a high-end property for the Dubbo community, and their background is not in the property development industry and the local residents get used to buying an existing home which gives them a strong sense of touch and feel, rather than an off-plan project.
The developer failed twice to launch this project before they reached us. We needed to do proper brand work and deeper market research to gain the marketplace’s trust.
Skyfield Co’s team member drove 5 hours to the site and stayed there for a week to experience the local lifestyle, including food, events, weekend markets, culture, and community events. With a deep understanding, it was apparent that the local community needs an iconic living with the concept of the ultimate blend of the city of country life. The brand creativity started from maximum simplicity with a sense of elegance to a detailed explanation of each part of the building, which demonstrated how nature flows inside of the building and allows the country-style life to continue in a modern building.
A 5-week meaningful teaser campaign commenced with the word “Aspire” and grew into “Aspire to live”, then “Aspire to live in No.1… ”, finally revealing the project itself. The curiosity made everyone who saw the advertisement follow in our footsteps and wait for the following updates. Most of the target audiences in the town talked about what it would be like in the first few weeks of the teaser campaign.
